Behavioral Health

Our behavioral health providers include a psychiatrist and licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), who serve patients of both locations.

Our services include:

• Diagnosis and Follow-Up of behavioral health concerns, including: Anxiety and Depression
• Grief Support
• Healthy Lifestyle Choices (such as those needed to manage chronic conditions like diabetes or high blood pressure)
• Stress Management

Visits with psychiatrist or the LCSW may be conducted at either site.
